Licensing

You may use the assets in your own personal projects, in your portfolio, and in commercial work you produce yourself as an individual or indie developer.

You may modify the files freely — recolour materials, retopologise meshes, rebuild graphs, combine packs. The result is yours.

The licence is granted to one person. It does not extend to colleagues, contractors or a studio team.

Required when the assets will be used for client work, installed across a studio or team, or redistributed inside a product you ship to other creators.

Extended licences are sold as separate products in the store, marked "Commercial Use". They grant unlimited use across projects and unlimited seats within one company.

If you are not sure which you need, email contact@3dredboxstudio.com and describe the use — we will tell you plainly.

Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the files in a form where the asset itself is the product — including asset stores, NFT collections and AI training datasets.

Sharing your download link, uploading files to file-sharing services, or including the raw source files in an open repository.

Using the material to produce a competing training course or asset library.

Course video is licensed for your personal viewing. Project files supplied with a course follow the standard asset licence — you may use them in your own work and your portfolio.

Course video may not be uploaded, re-hosted, screen-recorded for distribution, or shown to a group as paid training without a separate agreement.

Schools, universities and studios wanting multi-seat access should get in touch at contact@3dredboxstudio.com. We put together straightforward quotes and do not charge per-student premiums for institutions.

Attribution is never required, but always appreciated. If a piece you made with our assets ends up somewhere good, tell us — the best of it gets featured on the Top Students page.
