About this pack

Twenty-three axes cut for the stylized end of the market — the WoW, Hearthstone and MOBA look, where the paint carries detail a normal map would carry in a realistic pipeline, and the silhouette has to read at inventory-thumbnail size before it ever reads in the hand.

Inside the pack

  • 23 axe meshes, each supplied highpoly and lowpoly
  • Hand-painted PBR texture sets at 4K resolution
  • A clean, non-overlapping UV layout on every model
  • FBX and Blender (.blend) files with materials assigned
  • JPG renders of every model, so the set can be browsed before it is imported

The spread runs through orc tribal war axes, dwarven rune-engraved heads, heroic battle axes, bandaged-grip warrior weapons, gem-encrusted royal pieces, stylized hatchets, ornamental hero weapons, carved tribal combat axes and mythological hero designs — enough variation to arm a full roster without two characters swinging the same shape.

Hand-painted matters more here than the polycount does. Because form and shading are painted into the albedo, these hold their look under the flat, cheap lighting a mobile or browser target forces on you, where a purely PBR asset goes muddy. The highpoly is included rather than merely implied, which means you can rebake to a tighter budget for a lower LOD, resculpt a hero variant, or push the bevels harder for a chunkier art direction without going back to the block-out.

Because the UVs are laid out clean and non-overlapping, recolouring is a paint job rather than a modelling one. A hue shift across the handle wrap and the gem inlays turns one axe into a faction set, and 4K leaves enough resolution to do it without the painted edge highlights turning to mush.

About Game Assets

This aisle is production work, not a demo. The meshes are optimised for real-time budgets, the UVs are packed with proper padding, and the texture sets are 4K PBR with consistent naming so a whole folder can be imported at once.

Tested in Unreal Engine and Unity. Scale, pivots and orientation are all correct on import.
