50 Axe Base Mesh — VOL 04 ( Game Ready )

About this pack

Fifty axes, from splitting tools to two-handed war pieces, modelled as base meshes so the shape work is already done when you start. Bearded and crescent heads, double-bit and pick-backed heads, straight and curved hafts, plain iron and heavily ornamented — the point of the range is that you rarely need one axe. You need the ten a settlement or a raiding party would plausibly own, and modelling ten from scratch is a day you will not get back.

What you get

  • 50 axe meshes, one design to a file
  • FBX and OBJ versions of the whole set
  • Both UV channels unwrapped, ready for the baking process
  • All meshes under 10k triangles
  • Three archives: FBX, OBJ and a preview set

Heads and hafts are modelled as clear, separate masses, which makes this set unusually good for kitbashing: pull a head from one file onto a haft from another and you have a design that is not in the pack at all but shares its construction and its scale. From there the normal route applies — subdivide, sculpt the forge marks, chips and grain, and bake onto the second channel.

The triangle budget is chosen so the meshes are shippable as they stand. Under 10k means one can be a stuck-in-a-log dressing prop, a vendor's stock or a background weapon without anyone budgeting for it, and it means a first-person view model can be built from one without starting the mesh over. Volume 04 of the base mesh series, modelled in 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya and ZBrush.

Every purchase includes free lifetime updates and a no-questions-asked 7 day money back guarantee.

About Base Meshes

A base mesh exists to delete the boring part of the job. Everything in this aisle is at real-world scale with quad-dominant topology, sensible edge flow and no ngons where they would cause shading errors — ready to sculpt over, kitbash from, or take straight to UVs.
